There are many great trails in the Discovery Hill Trail system. From gravel roads to two tracks to tons and tons of singletrack. All abilities will enjoy riding here.<br />

2011 Update: The BLM is installing trailmarkers along 3 loop of the Discovery Hill trail system. Each loop will be given a color for the trailhead map. Trailmarkers will have corresponding colored arrows to help people find their way. Green-Owl Canyon Loop, Orange-Enduro Loop, and Blue-Slump Gulch Loop.<br />
2013 Update: The Slump Ridge Trail has been officially added to the trail system and has post markers to guide you. This trail follows a ridge and connects the Enduro and Slump Gulch Trails for another loop option. The trail is directional and should be ridden from East to West.
From downtown Salmon take St. Charles Street (2 blocks East of the Salmon river) to the north. Follow this thru town and up onto Old Dump Hill where the road turns to gravel. Continue on the gravel until you see a sign pointing to Holcomb Field/MX Park/Discovery Hill. Proceed staight, over a cattle guard and the Disco Trailhead is on the right.
